Our People
Our care home, in Worcester, is a home that we’re proud of. We’ve paid amazing attention to detail to ensure that it’s stunning both inside and out. However, there is far more to Fernhill House than just the building and its grounds. What truly makes Fernhill House amazing is its people.
Our people bring the character and warmth to our home. It’s our beloved residents, their families and friends, and our dedicated team who all breathe life into the place. We’ve created somewhere that goes beyond just care. It offers entertainment, warmth, and hospitality. Every one of our people has a story to share. Our Residents
Choosing a care home is a major choice. When ladies and gentlemen decide to make Fernhill House their home, we do our utmost to ensure that they have the very best quality of life. We want them to know that they’re in a safe and caring environment, but we also want them to know that they can have fun.
Something extremely popular with our residents is the food that’s on offer. They really enjoy things such as a full-cooked breakfast, a three-course lunch, an afternoon tea, and an evening supper. We also see the joy that our residents take from our themed events and evenings. It’s always a pleasure to see everyone get involved.
The staff are all so kind and helpful, and they have time to talk to you and that’s important. The food is always lovely, and its nicely served”

It’s great to know that our residents, and their families, really enjoy what we offer in terms of food, drink, and entertainment. How do we know that they enjoy it? Well, they’re really quite vocal about it and love to tell us.
Admin & Housekeeping Team
Without this team, we simply wouldn’t be able to function. Their day-to-day hard work and dedication are what keeps Fernhill House going.
