 Your Role at Burcot Grange

Residential Care
As a member of our residential care team, you will help create a “home from home” environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
– Providing 24-hour care and support tailored to individual needs.
– Organising and participating in a wide range of activities to engage residents.
– Welcoming friends and family of residents to ensure they feel at home.

Dementia Care
Working with residents who have memory loss is a significant part of what we do at Burcot Grange. Your role in dementia care will involve:
– Supporting residents in living a fulfilling life despite their memory challenges.
– Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents.
– Leading and engaging residents in varied interactive activities designed to stimulate their minds and spirits.

Respite Care
As a respite care staff member, you will provide temporary support to individuals considering a permanent move to Burcot Grange. Your duties will include:
– Offering all the benefits and comforts of living at Burcot Grange for short-term residents.
– Facilitating social interactions and ensuring a varied and enriching experience.
– Assisting residents in trying out the home and its services, helping them transition smoothly if they decide to stay permanently.
